The Bed is a short film that tells the story of homelessness from the viewpoint of a bed. The film follows the daily life of three people staying or working at the Hietaniemi service centre for homeless.
Marjut works as a cleaner at the centre and shows her daily routines at work. Enska is long-term homeless, and sleeps in one of the beds at the emergency shelter on the first floor of the centre.
